Laced with picturesque walking trails, the island lists 10 different tracks ranging from a 15 minute beach walk to a hike to the lighthouse at the island’s tip.

Kayak in the crystal clear watersYou will need comfortable, casual clothes for day wear smart casual for dining and clubbing, swimmers and beach towel, sunscreen, beach bag, sunglasses, hat, and insect repellent. Remember that earlier or later in the season you will need to bring some warmer clothes.

KIDS STAY FREE
Up to 2 children aged 0-15 yrs inclusive stay free when sharing with 2 adults and using existing bedding.
It’s accessibility - 20 mins by air from Rockhampton, 30 mins by high speed catamaran from Rosslyn Bay near Yeppoon and only 696 klms north of Brisbane - makes it a getaway which can be reached with a minimum of travel.
It’s a seamless transfer, ending with a scenic boat ride to the island.

KEPPEL’S RESTAURANT
Keppel’s Restaurant overlooking the resort’s main beach offers both indoor and outdoor dining and is open daily for buffet breakfast and dinner.

THE KEPPEL CONVENIENCE STORE
The Keppel Convenience Store, which sells grocery and bakery items, toiletries, snacks, sandwiches, drinks, icecreams,  newspapers & magazines is open from 8am to 6pm.

Five swimming pools are spread throughout the resort. Two are equipped with spas and one with a children’s wading pool. The Billabong Pool near the Hillside Villas also has a swim-up pool bar.
